PAYMENT TERMS
All quotes valid for 30 days.
50% deposit to commence production, with the rest (plus taxes, freight, installation charges, etc., if applicable) due on completion of fabrication OR prior to releasing items for shipment.
Card payments over $1000 incur additional 3% service surcharge.
Balance payments by checks are requested to be Cashier's Check or Bank Transfer only.

Credit/Debit Card: 3% service surcharge; instantaneous clearing
Zelle: Use this email <billing@treeline.LA>; insta
Check (personal or business): Email sales a photo of the check; 4 business days clearing
Cashier's Check/Bank Transfers also accepted. No additional service surcharge applied.
Payment in full requested for following services prior to production:
Rush orders
Prototyping or samples
Lumber orders (raw or milled)
Orders totaling less than $3000
Typical lead times:
Same/next day for raw lumber
2-3 days for straight edging lumber
1-2 weeks for custom milled lumber
6-8 weeks on wood/metal fabrication
Larger orders have longer lead time
Rush service also available
Returns:
No returns on milled lumber, including straight edged material
No returns on custom fabricated or made-to-order pieces
15-50% restocking fee on raw lumber, if in original condition
Storage Charges:
Items not picked up within 7 days after completion of fabrication are charged a
storage fee of $25/item/day.
Please note: Balance payments are required prior to order being released for pickup or delivery and for on-site installations. Any applicable storage fees will be added to the original invoice.
