TREELINE LIMITED WARRANTY FOR CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS
The following TREELINE product limited warranty is given to the initial purchaser and is valid for a period of 6 months from the original date of fabrication. The limited warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship found during normal usage of the Custom Made Products (CMP’s) during the limited warranty period. If a product is defective, and if written notice of the defect is given to TREELINE within the applicable limited warranty period, TREELINE at its option will either repair or replace the defective product with a comparable component or product. TREELINE reserves the right to determine labor method used during replacement of product. TREELINE CMP’s are not intended nor warranted for outdoor use unless specifically stated for outdoor use.
This limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by carrier or to alterations to product not expressly authorized by TREELINE. It also does not apply to “Customer’s Own Material” (i.e. material supplied by the customer that is not a standard TREELINE product offering) used in the manufacture of TREELINE CMP’s. This limited warranty does not apply to other manufacturer's CMP’s (hardware, finishes, etc.) used to make TREELINE's CMP’s. TREELINE does not warranty the matching of color, grain, or texture, except to within commercially acceptable standards.
Except as stated above, TREELINE makes no express or implied warranties as to any product and in particular makes no warranty of fitness for any particular use. At TREELINE’s option, product repair or replacement is the customer’s exclusive remedy for any and all product defects. TREELINE will not be liable for consequential, economic, or incidental damages arising from any product defects. The limited warranty does not extend to any other product applied on/under TREELINE CMP’s.

Items not picked up within 7 days after completion of fabrication are charged a storage fee of $25/item/day.
Please contact Treeline Woodworks before returning any items.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that
this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts
Treeline Woodworks and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must
be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall
not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return
and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Treeline Woodworks suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the
delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if
Treeline Woodworks will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by
invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to.

Return the product you have received and send us an e-mail telling us which
product you want instead.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has
been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
For packages that are not claimed within 14 days, Treeline Woodworks reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover
return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

We hand make everything in our workshop in Los Angeles. We try to minimize our turnaround and lead times by making some things ahead of time but usually we make things to order. This ensures we put care into what we make, making your new Treeline Woodworks item long lasting and something to be proud of. We think we are doing our part in bringing the joy in waiting for things to arrive back to world.
We hand make everything to order in our Los Angeles workshop hence the turnaround is usually 4–8 weeks, sometimes longer depending on the piece. At times your order will be ready to ship earlier than that and we strive to keep you completely satisfied. If at any time, you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

We always provide tracking number for your shipment and usually send it out via email. Please check for a confirmation email and be sure to look in the spam folder in case you can not find it. Updates on your order, once it is shipped, can only be provided by the carrier.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Please make sure you choose the correct shipping option (Small Item Shipping or Large Item Shipping) on checkout, we will be holding your order until the appropriate shipping fees are paid. We will contact you before shipping to incur additional fees or refunded extra fees collected during the checkout process due to system limitations.
We try to minimize these but if an item goes on back order we will be sure to let you know. We can either ship you the part of your order that is in stock or wait till we have all of it. Either way we will not charge you additional shipping. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.

Events outside Treeline Woodworks's control, which is not reasonably
foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that
Treeline Woodworks is released from Treeline Woodworks's obligations to fulfill
contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or
omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood,
sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery
from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that
affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions,
warnings, ban, etc.
All products remain Treeline Woodworks's property until full payment is made.
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the
purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to
buy from Treeline Woodworks.
All transfers conducted through Treeline Woodworks are handled and transacted
through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card
information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL
